Parklane Central Hanoi Hotel

Stayed here with friends recently. Rooms were on the smaller size but perfectly adequate. Hanoi is so hot so it was nice to have a room with working AC and a comfortable and clean bed to sleep in. Staff were very helpful and friendly. After I checked out I had 8 hours to kill before my train and staff helped me arrange activities and tours and recommended a spa for me to relax in.

Everything really. The location is in the middle of the old town within easy walking distance to the main attractions, night market and many food places. The beds are very comfortable, the A/C instantly effective and the accommodation perfectly layed-out and clean for a family of 4. The breakfast was great and had both local and western choices. But best of all was the exceptional and very caring service from Anna, Emma and all other staff. Anna was super responsive and organised everything for us including trips to Lan Ha Bay, trips around Hanoi, SIM cards, laundry and airport transfers.

There's even option for Vietnamese pho. Hot food is made fresh. Had breakfast everyday at hotel. 4. Room Enjoyed hot showers after day long trip. Upgraded to a room when we returned from overnight trip. Hotel reimbursed cost on night we did not stay in the hotel 5. Tour desk Staff explained various types of day and overnight activities. Staff stored our luggage while we were away on overnight trip 6. Airport transfer Stress-free experience being picked up from and to airport. Overall, Anna effortlessly made our stay memorable and stress-free. She took the initiative to contact us prior to our trip and provided information. The reception and kitchen staff were wonderful. We will definitely return to this hotel again.

The property has an amazing location. However, as a solo traveler, I booked a single room, which was very small and simple. To be fair, the room size was clearly mentioned in the details, so it was my mistake for not reading them properly, as it was a last-minute booking. The breakfast is simple but tasty. It’s not a buffet—you order it from a menu. Special thanks to Lucie! She made my stay so much better. She was extremely helpful, assisted me with booking my trip to Ha Long Bay, and was very responsible when organizing a transfer to the airport for me. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me lots of tips on what to do in Hanoi. If it weren’t for her, my rating for this place would definitely be lower.

We were in 3 single rooms. Smiley, friendly staff who were incredibly helpful, carrying our bags to our rooms and giving us welcome advice on arrival. Quiet oasis in the middle of a busy, hectic city. Loved coming back here after a hot day sightseeing! No windows but really didn't worry us as all. Good bathroom, fresh, clean-smelling towels and fridge in one of our rooms (thanks for the upgrade! :).  Bottled water provided. Stylish decor, good storage and comfortable,  firm beds, which we liked.  Great, quietish location on side street but only a short walk to the action. Great WiFi. Excellent value for money!
